Biography

Mr. Edy Santi as President Director plays a central role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the Group’s activities are aligned with its strategic goals and corporate policies. With over two decades of experience in business development, operations management, and mining logistics, Mr. Santi brings a pragmatic and results-driven approach to operational leadership.

He began his career in 2001 at PT HICOM BMS, where he served as Head of Business Development and Operations until 2006. In this role, he was responsible for managing and developing key business functions across the organization, contributing significantly to its growth and diversification. From 2006 to 2013, he continued his operational leadership as Business Manager at PT BMS, with a focus on optimizing business processes and ensuring efficient operational outcomes.

In 2013, Mr. Santi joined PT TAS, a key subsidiary of the Group, as Head of Mining Operations. In this capacity, he was instrumental in overseeing core mining activities including planning and production, logistics and transportation, and regulatory compliance. He also managed permitting and licensing matters, ensuring smooth operations across the value chain.

Mr. Santi’s deep operational insight and hands-on leadership make him an integral part of the Group’s executive team, as the company continues to scale its vertically integrated mining and processing operations in line with its long-term strategic vision.
