Biography

Mr. Ketan Ranadive serves as Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Group, overseeing all financial, accounting, and taxation functions. With a strong foundation in corporate finance and financial management, he plays a key role in ensuring the Group’s financial health, regulatory compliance, and strategic fiscal planning.

Mr. Ranadive began his career as an auditor with KPMG in London, where he gained a deep understanding of financial reporting, audit standards, and corporate governance. He went on to complete his MBA before joining JP Morgan’s Mergers & Acquisitions department, where he developed critical expertise in deal structuring, valuation, and strategic advisory.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Ranadive has built a diverse and robust portfolio of experience across accounting, corporate finance, and business operations. He has led finance, legal, and compliance functions for a range of organizations—including multinational financial institutions, corporate enterprises, and family-run businesses—across both the UK and Singapore.

With a global outlook and a disciplined approach to financial leadership, Mr. Ranadive brings both strategic insight and operational precision to the Group’s executive management team. His broad expertise continues to support the company’s growth trajectory, ensuring financial resilience and alignment with long-term business objectives.
