Biography

Mr. Abdul Jabbar Bin Karam Din is a highly respected corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, banking and finance, and general commercial law. Throughout his career, he has advised both local and international clients, acting for purchasers and sellers in a wide range of cross-border M&A transactions. His deep expertise also extends to complex financing arrangements, including conventional and Islamic financing structures, as well as debt capital market instruments such as bond issuances and securitizations. His leadership in the legal field led him to become Head of the Corporate & Transactional Practice at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, one of Asia’s leading law firms.

Beyond transactional matters, Mr. Jabbar is widely recognized for his authority in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
