Conducted by Multi Sertifikasi Indonesia, the audit reaffirmed Neo Energy’s compliance with three internationally recognized standards:

The surveillance audit was carried out through a series of in-depth evaluations across departments and functions, ensuring that every aspect of the organization’s management system is aligned with ISO requirements.

The audit program covered a range of critical topics, including:

• Strategic Leadership and Documentation – led by the Senior Management Team (SMT), focusing on organizational context, leadership, and progress towards 2024 quality objectives.
• Risk & Opportunity Assessments (IPRP) – identifying and managing risks in both upstream and downstream operations to ensure business continuity and resilience.
• Legal and Compliance Reviews – verifying adherence to health, safety, environmental (K3L) regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Human Capital Management – evaluating recruitment, competency development, medical check-ups (MCU), and employee well-being programs.
• Operational Excellence – reviewing General Affairs, IT, and Legal processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• HSE Systems Implementation – assessing the company’s occupational health, safety, and environmental practices.

Key milestones leading up to the final audit included internal auditor refresher training (04 July), company-wide internal audit (10–11 July), corrective action follow-up (18 July), and the Management Review Meeting (21 July). These preparatory steps ensured that Neo Energy was well-positioned for the surveillance audit conducted on 22–23 July 2025, followed by timely resolution of findings.
