In the lead-up to Eid al-Fitr 2026, the company distributed essential food packages (sembako) to residents in nearby villages, reinforcing the values of care, solidarity, and shared prosperity.
The initiative took place on March 16, 2026, targeting two villages within the company’s operational vicinity, Pulau Pado-Pado and Pulau Bapa in Morowali. Through this program, PT TAS distributed approximately 380 packages of basic necessities, aiming to help ease the burden on local households as they prepare for the festive season.
Each package contained essential daily items such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, flour, instant noodles, tea, coffee, and other staple goods commonly needed by families. The distribution was carried out in coordination with local village authorities to ensure that the aid reached the intended beneficiaries effectively and fairly.
This initiative is part of PT TAS’ ongoing Community Development and Empowerment Program (PPM), which is conducted annually as a form of corporate social responsibility.
